One additional Chemistry course: 200-level or above excluding CHEM 341, independent study, research, or thesis.

One additional Chemistry or Biology course: 300-level or above excluding CHEM 341, independent study, research, or thesis.

Note: To receive an ACS certified degree, a BS Biochemistry major must take either CHEM 211 or CHEM 411 and this does not remove the "One additional Biology course" requirement.

Biochemistry majors may not seek a second major (A.B. or B.S.) or minor in either biology or chemistry.
