EGRS 140 Humans & Environmental Systems
This course will introduce key environmental systems associated with water, energy, food, and consumer products. Students will examine the interconnections among these systems and analyze how individual choices impact them. From utilities and natural resources to everyday chemicals and food products, participants will gain valuable insights into their daily decisions from a life cycle perspective. Students will be equipped with a framework to understand these systems and identify actionable steps toward fostering a sustainable future.
