SPAN 300 Voices of the Spanish-Speaking World
This course invites students to discover the voices, stories, and artistic expressions that shape the Hispanic world. Through literature, film, music, and visual culture, students build their language skills while interpreting, discussing, and presenting ideas about identity, creativity, and community across time and region. The course fosters intercultural understanding and critical engagement with key works, movements, and perspectives from pre-colonial to contemporary contexts.
