INDS 105 Language and History: Renaissance Italy

An intensive, month-long introduction to the city of Florence during its "Golden Age" (the medieval and Renaissance eras): economic and political history, and the history of political thought, learning, art, music, literature, and science. The course also includes intensive Italian-language instruction, which earns the student credit for the language requirement in the Lafayette CCS.
