INDS 124 Introduction to Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship

The objective of this course is to equip students with creative problem-solving ideas and strategies for innovation development that can positively impact their work and leadership. We will discuss the concept of creativity and the mind-sets and practices exhibited by successful innovators. Students will learn how to cultivate creativity, innovation and adaptability in themselves, others and the organizations in which they live and work. Students will also investigate how and why innovations succeed or fail.
